Purchasing artwork
Payment:
For purchases at the studio we accept cash; debit and credit cards; Square payments; and checks drawn on a local bank in Minnesota, Wisconsin and Iowa.
For purchases through this website, we accept credit and debit cards and PayPal. We are aware of numerous common scams targeting artists and their clientele, and will report scammers to law enforcement.
Cancellation/refunds
You may cancel your order for any reason up to seven days after you receive the artwork (the statutory minimum is seven days). Notice of cancellation must be received in writing. Artwork must be returned in the original condition and shipped at your cost. Returned artwork must be securely wrapped and packaged in the original packaging or similar equivalent. Once the returned artwork has been received and checked, you will be issued a full refund, usually via the same payment method used for purchase.
Copyright information
Copyrighted artwork is designated by the symbol ©. As copyright holders, artists hold exclusive rights to reproduce their artwork, distribute copies or images of their work (such as giclee prints and note cards), make derivative works, and reproduce their work in print or Internet. Please be informed that although the buyer purchases and owns an original work of art, the artist retains and reserves all rights to the copyrigted image.
